Our value added application functionality comes standard in our code generation process and is comprised of several mission-critical functionalities that any service oriented application should not operate without.

Value #1: Distributed Transaction History^TM (DTH^TM)

Control your data integrity.

The flagship component of our application functionality is Distributed Transaction History^TM (DTH^TM). DTH represents the ability to record detailed transaction information about a creation, view, update, or deletion of data, including recording original and new values. What makes this functionality so unique is that each transaction recorded also contains identifying information from the client device that made the request, including user id, machine name, MAC address, internal and external IP address, and more. This functionality works regardless of the device -- workstations, servers, laptops, tablets, phones, PDAs, etc. DTH^TM can also detect if a user's id and password have been hijacked to hack into an application.

DTH^TM also allows for field level undo for any record at any point in time without having to restore the database or transaction logs.

With DTH^TM you will always be in complete control of your data integrity and be able to use this information in a variety of ways including: internal accountability, analysis, auditing, training, system troubleshooting and user support.

Value #2: Secure Distributed Exception Management^TM (SDEM^TM)

Exception handling has never been easier.

Secure Distributed Exception Management^TM (SDEM^TM) allows your development team to resolve and fix system exceptions in a fraction of the typical time. SDEM^TM securely transmits and stores critical information (including screen capture) for exceptions that occur in the enterprise system code and sends notifications of the exception to the designated developer. SDEM^TM has one central repository for exception handling across all environments (dev, staging, and production) and across all tiers and layers including stored procedures.

Value #3: Record Merge^TM

Clean up data, simply.

Record Merge^TM allows for simple data clean up by any authorized application user. Record Merge^TM allows for a parent record to be merged into another thereby updating all child records to point to the new parent record. This allows data cleanup to occur at anytime without the need for a DBA and can dramatically improve the accuracy of system reporting. This functionality is incredibly helpful when dealing with duplicated data or data entry mistakes in a large enterprise system.

Value #4: Data Driven Role Based Security^TM (DDRBS^TM)

Data Driven Role Based Security^TM (DDRBS^TM) allows for complete customization of application security using security objects, security roles, and permissions. DDRBS^TM is integrated with all value added functionality including DTH^TM and Record Merge^TM within 3N1.Net^TM. Authentication can be integrated with Windows Active Directory or can use 3N1.Net's custom authentication mode.
